2D Echo

2D echocardiogram, often known as 2D echo, is a non-invasive procedure that evaluates and assesses the functioning and structure of your heart. It uses sound vibrations to create images of the various sections of the heart, making it simple to evaluate for damage, blockages, and blood flow rate.

2D Echo is done to detect the following heart conditions:

• Any underlying heart diseases or abnormalities
• Congenital heart diseases and blood clots or tumours
• Malfunctioning of the heart valve
• Abnormality of blood flow within the heart
